SAN MARCOS, Texas — [Friday, Aug. 7] — SpawGlass, Texas State University officials and project partners will celebrate the topping out of Juniper & Verbena Halls, marking a major construction milestone on the university’s $280 million student housing expansion designed to support Texas State’s continued record enrollment growth.

LA PRYOR, Texas (August 6, 2026) — SpawGlass will join La Pryor ISD, students, families and community leaders to celebrate the opening of the district’s new elementary school and Career and Technical Education (CTE) Building during a ribbon-cutting ceremony and community open house.
