SpawGlass team members are coached to understand and balance each other for overall success through our Leadership through Teamwork (LtT), Leadership Pipeline Program (LPP) and Enterprise Leadership Pipeline (ELP) programs. These programs are centered on the value of a diverse team of individuals who leverage each other’s strengths to overcome challenges to make SpawGlass the most sought-after construction services provider.

Many of our team members have been with SpawGlass for decades. While everyone has a first day at SpawGlass, for many, including multiple members of our leadership team, that first day was as an intern – showcasing the ample opportunities provided for our people to grow in their careers. We encourage our team members to communicate how they’d like to grow in their careers, so we can assist them in reaching their goals.

Chartered in 1953, SpawGlass’ first project was a humble porch enclosure for the organist of co-founder Louis Spaw’s church. Since then, we have experienced significant growth and success with an extensive portfolio of complex and challenging projects across various industries, including healthcare, higher education, corporate, life sciences, aviation and government. With nine offices throughout Texas, we provide full life cycle construction services to both public and private clients.
Our passion for quality workmanship goes into every space we construct. While project goals vary by client, we aim to bring our clients’ visions to life and create environments that allow them to serve those around them.

SpawGlass builds communities through our work, employing a strong, local workforce and supporting area education institutions and non-profit organizations.
