Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
We provide a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to team members and their families at no cost. The EAP is an early intervention system to help team members and covered dependents resolve problems by offering support referrals, counseling or treatment services.
Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays
In addition to scheduled paid company holidays, we offer a generous amount of PTO for team members to use as they wish for personal or sick time. To reward and recognize team members for their tenure, SpawGlass offers additional PTO at milestone anniversaries.

Employee Ownership
SpawGlass is not an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP); rather, a company built on team members who directly invest in and own the company. Employee ownership at SpawGlass is open to all team members.

T. Frank Glass Memorial Scholarship
Named in honor of one of our co-founders, the T. Frank Glass Memorial Scholarship was established in 2003. Each year, a $40,000 scholarship is awarded to a son or daughter of a SpawGlass team member, enabling them to pursue their career goals.

Our team members’ learning and development are vital to our success, which is why we offer our in-house training program, SpawGlass University (SGU). SGU offers in-person and on demand courses and learning opportunities to further professional and team development.
