Construction Update 12/11/2024

Our crews working on the new Student Success Center + Student Union building have been working tirelessly, and today marks a major milestone — we’ve completed the first elevated concrete slab pour for level one of the building! 

As we wrap up the month and the year, we’re gearing up for even more action with a second elevated pour on the first level and our first slab-on-grade pour for the building’s 400-person round auditorium. These steps are crucial in moving the project forward and keeping us on track.

 

With the campus a bit quieter while students are away, we’ll be ramping up our efforts to make the most of this time. We are on schedule have completed all structural work in the basement and be well on our way with the building’s first level by the time classes resume in mid-January.
