Exciting progress is happening at the future home of the Student Success Center + Student Union!

You’ll notice a new look to the building as the exterior walls are installed, consisting of glass and metal “curtain walls” and pre-fabricated concrete panels. The roof is also going on, which means the building is getting closer to being fully enclosed.

Inside, the building’s massive air handler units are now in place. Electrical and plumbing work above the ceilings (called “overhead rough-in”) is finished in the basement and on the first level. Teams are now working their way up through the second, third and fourth levels.

One of the most exciting interior features, the decorative staircase, is starting to take shape. Meanwhile, interior work in the basement is nearly complete as the walls are being closed in.
