Inside the facility, final finishes are coming together throughout the building’s student spaces, meeting rooms, gathering areas and common spaces. Installation of architectural features such as handrails is ongoing, while project teams work through final inspections and quality reviews to prepare the building for occupancy.

Outside, progress continues on the project’s landscape and site enhancements. Crews are completing site stairs, sidewalks, lighting infrastructure and amphitheater improvements, helping bring the outdoor spaces to life as construction nears completion. 

The team is also completing final testing of building systems and advancing sustainability documentation as the project remains on track to achieve its targeted LEED goals.
