Things are moving right along on the jobsite! Our team recently poured the concrete ramp that leads down into the basement loading dock — this will make it possible for large delivery trucks to pull all the way inside the building. Inside the basement, crews have started putting up the walls for future changing rooms and bathrooms near the spirit gym.

 

Work has also kicked off on the behind-the-scenes systems that will power the building, starting in the main mechanical room where utilities like water, electricity and air systems will come in from campus. Outside, we’ve wrapped up the underground work for storm drainage and data connections.

 

Coming up next, we will start to pour the concrete floors for the third level of the building. On the first level, the temporary supports used during earlier construction are now being removed as the structure begins to take shape.
