Construction Update 01/08/2025

Our team kicked off the new year with a huge milestone – all basement walls have been poured, and the building’s second elevated deck pour (more than 3 million lbs of concrete!) was completed last week!

Due to an exceedingly wet late fall/early winter season so far, the team has pumped more than 400,000 gallons of water from the jobsite since the start of November. Despite this, the team has remained on schedule, working hard and preparing for a busy campus once students are back for the spring semester.
