Mental Health Reimbursement
SpawGlass offers reimbursement of 50% up to a maximum of $200 per month for the cost of mental health assistance for team member, spouse and children combined. This reimbursement is available to full-time team members and their immediate family (spouse and children).
To receive reimbursement, submit receipts – showing only cost – using the Mental Health Reimbursement tile in our expense report software, Emburse Enterprise (formerly Chrome River). Craft team members can submit expenses through their safety manager.
Confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
SpawGlass provides a confidential EAP at no cost to team members and their families. The program offers around-the-clock access online or by phone, including up to three free face-to-face or virtual counseling sessions per person, per issue, per year. SpawGlass does not receive information about an individual’s participation.
