Despite the relentless August heat, our team has demonstrated remarkable dedication and made significant progress this month! Completion of the basement excavation marks a major milestone for the construction of the building. With the basement sidewalls now formed, the team is installing waterproofing material and interior wall formwork for the structural concrete subfloor. The building’s support system is also starting to take shape with the installation of drilled piers. These piers, consisting of large-diameter concrete cylinders reinforced with steel and placed deep into the ground, will provide a strong foundation that can withstand the weight and pressure of the entire structure.

While the underground portion of the building is being established, our team is also assembling the fixed tower crane, which will be a critical tool for the vertical construction phase. This crane will enable us to lift heavy materials to great heights, helping us to build upwards efficiently and safely.
