D&J Site Construction is a second-generation, woman-owned business with a legacy of excellence spanning over 50 years. Since its founding in 1993, D&J Site Construction has been a trusted name in site construction, delivering reliable results through hard work and expertise. Across multiple projects in the Rio Grande Valley, their dedication to quality, safety and efficiency has been instrumental in keeping projects on track. SpawGlass’ partnership with FASTSIGNS of RGV began in 1999 when they became our go-to provider for signage solutions in the Rio Grande Valley, supporting major projects and events for over 25 years.
Owner Rose Snell, a first-generation business owner, grew up watching her immigrant parents build a successful company through perseverance and hard work. In 1998, she opened her first FASTSIGNS location in Harlingen, later expanding to McAllen. Recently elected as the first woman to serve on the Harlingen Port Authority, Rose credits her experience in business and construction for preparing her for this leadership role.
Integrity Services & Plumbing is a woman-owned business built on professionalism, craftsmanship and a strong work ethic. Founded by Carmon Minson and her husband JR, Integrity brings over 30 years of plumbing expertise to the construction industry in the Rio Grande Valley. Their commitment to quality and attention to detail ensures plumbing solutions that are both functional and precise. Ranger Concrete Contractors was built on determination and a deep passion for construction. Founded in 2009 by Monica and Brandon Salinas, the company grew from residential work into commercial projects, driven by a commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
