Team Members and Their Spouses Attend the 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting
SpawGlass Builds...Employee Owners

At SpawGlass, one of our core values is “think like an owner.” While this value can have various interpretations, one of its driving meanings stems from our strong culture of employee ownership.

SpawGlass became 100% employee-owned in 1995. Today, approximately 70% of our team members are owners. As a 100% employee-owned company, we take pride in the fact that each team member has the opportunity to become an owner. This ownership mindset cultivates a sense of accountability, dedication and teamwork that directly benefits both our company and our clients.

During our annual shareholders’ meeting in March 2025, CEO Weston Voss, accompanied by the SpawGlass Board of Directors and our regional leadership, led a discussion on our 2024 financial performance and our vision for 2025 and beyond. These meetings, along with regular financial reviews during Town Halls and quarterly safety meetings, reinforce our commitment to financial transparency. As CFO Bobby Friedel explains, “We share financial information with our team members throughout the year. It’s important that our team members always have access to our financial information and that they understand their role in thinking like an owner and contributing to our financial success as a company.”

Employee ownership goes beyond financial investment; it provides a pathway for team members to build their futures, offering a vested interest in the company’s long-term success while serving as a valuable retirement savings option. More importantly, it instills a deep sense of responsibility and pride in every project we take on. Our team members approach each job with the strategic insight of true stakeholders, enabling us to provide the absolute best construction experience.
