SpawGlass Celebrates the Opening of a New Elementary School and a Career and Technical Education Building for La Pryor ISD

LA PRYOR, Texas (August 6, 2026) — SpawGlass will join La Pryor ISD, students, families and community leaders to celebrate the opening of the district’s new elementary school and Career and Technical Education (CTE) Building during a ribbon-cutting ceremony and community open house.

The celebration begins at 5:15 p.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the CTE Building, followed by guided tours of the new facilities, Meet the Teacher activities and the district’s annual “Meet the Bulldogs” event.

Working with architect ADM Group, SpawGlass constructed a new 13,000-square-foot elementary school and a 12,500-square-foot Career and Technical Education (CTE) Building equipped with a large auditorium, welding shop, health science laboratory and band hall. The project expands educational opportunities by providing modern learning environments that support academic achievement and hands-on workforce training.

The project also included the demolition of aging campus buildings, the construction of new parking areas, and site improvements that enhance safety, accessibility, and the overall campus experience.

“Every school we build represents an investment in students and the future of their community,” said Jason Smith, president of SpawGlass’ San Antonio Region. “These new facilities give La Pryor ISD students opportunities to learn, grow and develop the skills they need for successful futures while serving generations of families.”
