SpawGlass Building Services specializes in interior renovations, small ground-up projects, maintenance services, repair work, minor modifications and urgent construction services throughout Texas. These projects are typically smaller in scale with a faster turnaround, and oftentimes take place in occupied facilities. We’re committed to helping you keep your employees and external customers happy by ensuring business continues as usual, without unnecessary disruptions. On-call and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, our SpawGlass Building Services team is ready and willing to accommodate your needs.
RENOVATION/EXPANSION
By working in occupied and fully operational environments to deliver phased renovation and expansion projects, our Building Services team has the experience and comprehension of the security, vetting and communication requirements necessary to ensure client safety and well-being throughout the construction process. Welding & Fabrication
Our SpawGlass-San Antonio Building Services team is capable of fulfilling specific miscellaneous steel and fabrication needs ranging from small steel jobs to big iron. From material ordering to measuring, cutting, drilling, welding, priming, delivery and installation, our team does it all.
FACILITy MAINTENANCE
The extensive range of facility maintenance services provided by our Building Services team covers everything from typical maintenance tasks, such as painting and roofing, to the critical preventive maintenance of complex mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems. Regardless of size or complexity, we have experience with all kinds of facilities and can tailor our services to meet your specific needs.
