- BELONGING
The foundation of our success is comprised of a team of individuals with unique strengths, experiences and perspectives. Our commitment to creating a culture of belonging is more than a reflection of our core values; it’s the scaffolding that enables us to scale new heights. Prioritizing empathy, establishing open channels for feedback and idea exchange, offering personalized support to our team members and developing connections around a shared purpose – these are the organizational steps we take to build a belonging experience, and every team member is encouraged to join in our pursuit.
Hiring Veterans
Your dedication to serving our country speaks loudly to your character.
Our current and former military team members are vital to our mission and success. We value the steadfast principles, special skills and courageous spirit you contribute to our team. By providing support, opportunities and resources designed to help you achieve your career goals as a civilian, we can continue to serve and build our communities together.
Women in Construction
We celebrate the extraordinary women who work diligently to accomplish our mission of providing the absolute best construction experience and proactively work to promote diversity within our company and the construction industry as a whole. One aspect of our commitment to inclusivity is the SpawGlass Women in Construction (SGWIC) initiative. Through SGWIC, team members from all areas within SpawGlass work together to embody the principles of equity and inclusivity, facilitating dialogues and enacting strategies to empower and retain a gender-diverse workforce.
